I am originally from Jackson, MS but have been a resident of the DFW area since 2006. I am a proud alumnus of Jackson State University and hold multiple certifications in several places from Project Management to an All Lines Adjuster. I have worn many managerial hats in many areas, mostly in analytics, business structure, and issue resolution. This has given me the insights to make very logical approaches to all types of businesses.
While serving as a loan specialist for the Small Business Administration during the pandemic, I identified a recurring trend among small businesses. It became evident that there were gaps in their access to financial assistance and in their understanding of how their business was structured.
This realization prompted me to establish JH Enterprises in late 2020. I recognized a need to assist what I define as true small businesses – those with 10 or fewer employees. My focus is on empowering owner-operated businesses that may lack the resources to enhance or expand their operations.
